For our Utrecht location, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Crew Member who loves hospitality, enjoys working with people and wants to be part of our growing team.

🍕 About the role

As a Allround Horecamedewerker, you’re an important part of the guest experience. You make sure our guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave.

You’ll be working on the floor, taking orders, serving food and drinks, keeping the restaurant looking great and helping the team make sure everything runs smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, reliable and genuinely enjoys hospitality. We’re specifically looking for someone who intends to stay with us for the long term and is interested in growing within the company and taking on more responsibility over time.

🍽️ Your responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and making them feel at home
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Answering questions about our menu and helping guests choose
• Making drinks and preparing the restaurant for service
• Keeping tables, the restaurant and work areas clean and organised
• Working closely with the kitchen and other Front of House team members
• Handling guest questions and feedback in a friendly and professional way
• Helping out in the kitchen
• Making sure our quality and service standards are maintained throughout your shift
• Helping with opening and closing duties
