For our Utrecht location, we’re looking for an experienced Front of House employee.

🍕 About the role

As Front of House, you are an important part of everything that happens on the restaurant floor. You help make sure our guests receive great service, the team knows what they’re doing and the restaurant runs smoothly throughout the day.

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in hospitality or working on the restaurant floor. You understand what great service looks like, take responsibility seriously and are confident taking initiative when needed.

You’ll be an important part of our Utrecht team. You bring energy to the floor, enjoy working with others and stay calm and organised when things get busy. You care about hospitality and genuinely enjoy making sure people have a great time.

We’re also looking for someone who is ambitious and eager to take on a more leading role over time. You don’t need to have management experience, but you do want to learn, grow and play an increasingly active role in the team.

🍽️ Your responsibilities

• Providing warm, attentive and efficient service to our guests
• Helping create a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and colleagues
• Making sure the restaurant floor runs smoothly during your shift
• Welcoming guests and helping manage reservations and walk-ins
• Handling guest questions, feedback and complaints in a professional and friendly way
• Coordinating with colleagues in the kitchen and delivery team
• Keeping an eye on what needs to be done and taking initiative and responsibility when needed
• Helping your colleagues and contributing to a strong and supportive team
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
• Thinking along about improvements to the guest experience and the way we work
